Job Description

S.E.E.K. Arizona’s team of behavioral health professionals provide intensive outpatient behavioral health treatments to children and young adults with developmental and metal health disorders, specializing in those with severe behavioral needs. Our licensed and board certified behavior analysts are responsible for assessment, treatment plan development, and the overall training, supervision and support of behavioral health technicians and clients in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. We are an accredited Behavior Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE).

The Behavior Analytic Clinical Supervisor position requires an experienced behavioral analyst (BCBA) whom is comfortable with severe behavioral disorders, has the flexibility to support clients in a variety of environments (school, clinic, and home) through a variety of funding sources, and excels at behavior analytic clinical supervision. The candidate must be able to perform the following duties:

  • Provide behavior analytic clinical supervision and consultation to a team of behavior analysts and behavioral health techs supporting clients exhibiting severe behaviors.
  • Treat and monitor a small case load of intensive clients with unique needs.
  • Conduct functional and skill acquisition assessments such as FBA, Vineland, VB-MAPP.
  • Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior plans.
  • Train new and supervise existing behavioral health technicians and paraprofessionals to ensure competence regarding client treatment plans.
  • Conduct behavioral intervention training for providers, parents, schools, and community.
  • Supervise BCBA or BCABA students per BACB requirements.
  • Lead Team meeting to provide programmatic oversight and support.

Skills/ Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Education or related behavioral health field.
  • Must be able to meet the requirements of Arizona licensure.
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • At least 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic clinical supervision.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with adolescent or young adult populations with severe behavioral disorders.
