North Phoenix/Cave Creek: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 4-7pm

S.E.E.K. Arizona is currently interviewing experienced professionals for behavior coach positions in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. If you have experience working with children or adults with special needs as a teacher or habilitation worker, or if you have worked in a group home or behavioral health setting, this job is perfect for you. 


Behavior Coaches work in homes with families to improve a child's life through skill acquisition and increasing appropriate behaviors. Behavior Coaches support the child, family, and team members delivering interventions designed specifically for each unique individual.  Behavior Coaches focus on a variety of areas:

  • Following daily routines
  • Independent living
  • Anger management and self-regulation
  • Building appropriate relationships/interactions with family members
  • Increasing effective communication skills
  • Appropriate peer relationships


  • Working with children to increase positive behavior and reduce maladaptive behavior
  • Implementation of behavior strategies
  • Assist parents and team members with behavior strategies 
  • Basic data collection
  • Daily notes and a monthly report

Skills / Requirements

Successful candidates will:

  • have availability to work shifts scheduled between noon and 8pm, Monday through Friday, as well as occasional weekends;
  • be 21 years of age or older;
  • have a high school diploma, however a college degree is preferred;
  • completed a BACB approved Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program (or be enrolled within 90 days of hire);
  • 2+ years' experience working with behavioral clients, preferably children.
